Pajamas are fab. Biz practices sketch.
Update:
**Chelsea Peers won't do anything to receive my $225 return. They said that duplicates should have been managed right away, and refuse to help me. They do not care about customers and have no problem saddling you with duplicates in the order. See my explanation below.**

Business practices not.

Let me explain...

Because the company is called Chelsea Peers "NYC", I had no way of realizing they are based in England. (Misleading, deceptive).

When I placed a large online order, duplicates were added to my cart because the cart kept switching from USD to GBP. So I received double orders of some items. When I saw this, I figured, no big deal, I'll just be able to return the items since I purchased 2 sizes of another item I already planned to make a return anyways.

Once I received everything and decided to keep $225usd of product, I needed to still return $250 (maybe only $100 was my planned return, but due to their cart adding duplicates, it doubled the amount of my return).

When I reached out to Chelsea Peers they told me International returns must pay for shipping back to England. I didn't even realize this company was based in England, again because it's called Chelsea Peers NYC. I took the medium box (only weighing 4lbs) to fedex and they quoted me at $460usd to ship it back. Then I took it to USPS and they quoted me at $100usd.

I'm hoping this issue can be resolved immediately as I've already wasted so much time taking the package to different carriers and emailing back and forth.

Chelsea Peers needs to make this right. Especially since I'm a big backer of their product.

I will update my review once I receive a solution.

Faulty item broke 2 weeks in
Having received a pair of the Fluffy Cross Slippers for Christmas which one of the straps broke only 2 weeks later, I was informed that Chelsea Peers do not offer exchanges. The only solution was to return them unused and in original packaging - which obviously wasn't possible having worn them.
The complete lack of assistance in replacing what is clearly a faulty item is really disappointing.

Placed an order for both my husband and…
Placed an order for both my husband and I on Sunday. They arrived today so great turn around. The packaging is lovely and made it a pleasure to open. The pyjamas themselves are wow! The quality is immediately apparent and the colours pop! I have immediately tried mine on the moon and star long pyjamas and oh my goodness they are lovely and oh so soft! I have reluctantly taken them off but as soon as I have done the school run later they are going straight back on. My husbands look equally fabulous and I have sent a picture to him. So in all we are absolutely delighted and providing they wash well will certainly be ordering again.

Great company
Fantastic customer service. I had a smooth, easy dealing with you regarding a mistake my husband made. (sending a parcel to you from another company) the problem which wasn’t your fault at all was dealt with swiftly and I received the parcel today (the next day) absolutely brilliant service. I will recommend you and will be shopping with you! :) ;)

The best pyjamas!
I received a pair of Chelsea Peers pyjamas for Christmas. They came beautifully packaged and were so lovely to unpack. As soon as I put them on, I placed another order as they are simply the softest, comfiest and most amazing quality pyjamas! My order was despatched very quickly and I cannot wait to buy more!
Definitely recommend.

Waist band WAY to big
Just ordered my daughter a pair of long bottom and long sleeved pyjamas age 13-14 but disappointed and rather confused on sizing as the waist band of the bottoms are massively to large in proportions and aren’t able to be worn as the waist is so big such a shame as the length of the bottoms and quality is amazing

Fine if you don't care which colour you're given.
Item was delivered quickly and nicely packaged, however the colour was significantly different to the colour ordered - it was even labelled with a different colour name ("Blush" rather than "Coral").
Strangely, customer services refused to accept this even after I sent photographic proof ("it's got the wrong label on it"). Reminds me of the Monty P parrot sketch - "not dead, just resting".
Returning for refund, won't use again.

Exemplary customer service
I treated myself to a couple of pairs of pj's. Unfortunately, the package was left outside my door and went missing. I contacted Chelsea Peers via whatsapp, very quick response and was provided with a gift voucher so I could reorder. The next order turned up without any issues and the pj's are amazing!!! I am a very happy customer!

Unreliable service
Ordered several pairs of pyjamas and dressing gowns as Christmas gifts in November. Both times the parcels were apparently lost by the courier Chelsea Peers used. I had to find out on both occasions what had happened- no apologies or proactive stance by Chelsea Peers. Really disappointing, unreliable brand.

Resolved an issue quickly
There was an issue with my order when it first went through and I was really upset. However one of the advisors / managers contacted me immediately, offered a reasonable solution and apologised for the inconvenience.
Great customer service with very quick response time. Thank you!

I received a faulty pair of pj's and got intouch with C.P straight away via WhatsApp. The ladies I spoke to were more than happy to help and it was resolved in days!! I am so grateful for the help of Lucy especially ? So excited for my girls to open these pj's on Christmas day!! Thanks C.P - a very happy customer since 2020!

This company do not care
So funny that I've only just read the poor feedback after feeling compelled to give my own review! The message I sent to the company and their response I cannot copy onto here (sadly I can't put the photos on here either, other than to say the package was totally destroyed). The response I got from the company was shocking!!!! All I wanted was an acknowledgement that they would look into the matter and speak to the delivery company. Instead I was told that the delivery package was how things happen and that perhaps it was raining where it was left (it was in an inside porch and not damaged due to water damage) and that I should be grateful that my present seemed to be ok. Apparently they have no control over how their packages are delivered or where they're left and sadly places are not always sheltered (mine was it was an enclosed porch)!

I told them I would never order from them again as a totally unacceptable response.

Placed an order at the end of November
Placed an order at the end of November. No communication with regards to delayed shipping. Suggested 4-7days then was told it should be around 12 days. Checked on shipping update this morning to see that the order had been cancelled. No notification in any way and terrible communication. Haven’t even been told why my order was cancelled.

Classic case of taking on too many orders and not being able to fulfill them.

Won't Be Using Them Again
I placed an order on Friday 25th November and heard nothing at all from the company after the confirmation email saying my order had been placed, and then on 2nd December I got a cursory email saying my refund had been processed. No explanation or apology as to why I had been refunded rather than fulfilling my order. These pyjamas are not cheap and the least I would expect is for items showing in stock at the time of order to actually be available, not to mention the terse refund email with no reason or apology given! I tried to resolve the issue on the online chat, but the person dealing with my query offered me two very confusing optons, and before I could read through them and make sense of them, she left the chat. Will not be using them again.

Slow delivery and no communication
Need to focus more on giving better service to paying customers rather than showering freebies and codes onto influencers. Now over a week since my order was placed and no sign of my order. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but I expected better when you pay so much for PJ's.
